Prayer for March 4, 2023

May we look to invite the strangers in our minds to become a part of our lives, O God. Let us see the value of learning about other cultures, experiences and passions that come from taking the time to know someone new. May we be welcoming as we get to know them better and better. Let us be excited to try the new things that come from hearing another’s story. Allow us to make them so much a part of our extended family that be both become connected for life. We know that you call us, Loving God, to welcome others and to care for those different than us. Help us to live into that call. Amen
