Prayer for June 27, 2023

May your healing presence be felt, O God, for those who are struggling through illnesses. There are so many, comforting God, that are scared and wondering what is next for them. Others are dealing with long term medical issues that make it hard for them to find hope. Still more are dealing with depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses and some are carrying the burdens of more than one of those things combined. Help us to be supportive, patient, and firm in our love and support for them and their families as they meet the challenges that are before them. May we all seek to show our love of you, O God, by how we love and comfort those we encounter. All this we ask in your most Holy Name. Amen
