Prayer for January 10 2024

We are blessed in many ways that we often take for granted. Help us to take the time to examine the world around us and the people who are a part of our lives and be grateful for what they mean to us. May we appreciate people regularly by telling them how much they mean to us. It costs us nothing to encourage and thank people. Help us, loving God, to look for ways to lift the spirits of those around us. May our acts of thanksgiving and service be a balm to a world that needs hope and love. Guide us this and ever day as we attempt to do your will, O God of All Creation. Amen
