Prayer for January 16, 2024

We ask, O God, that you be with those who are dealing with storms both weather related and others that might be affecting them. We also pray that those who are homeless and hungry may find shelter from these storms and food to eat. Let us use any time we have when we are homebound to enjoy the relationships with those around us. For those of us unaffected by the current conditions do what we can to support and love those who are suffering. May we go out of our way to care for those around us and attempt to be ports in the storms that many are facing. All this we ask in the name of the God who called us to service. Amen
