Our days are filled with choices, O God, and it begins with deciding how we start our day. Help us to choose joyful anticipation as we enter this day. Let us look to what great things are possible rather than worry about something that will cause anxiety. Let us also choose to be with people who bring us joy. Help us to find those things that feed us and grow each and every day. Guide us toward the paths that will fill us with your spirit and will bring us happiness. May our happiness spread to those around us today and always. Let your blessings flow throughout the world today. Amen
