Prayer for July 21, 2025

You command us to love you and love one another, Loving God.  May we seek to make those words more than action.  Let us measure our decisions based on how what we do will will lift people up, how it will make others know they are special and that we really care for the people around us.  Let us be willing to see ourselves as beloved children of God worthy of love, as well. Part of your call to love one another invites us to forgive ourselves enough to accept when others see us as special. Guide us and fill us with your Spirit O God.  Amen
