Prayer for July 23, 2025

Our world is filled with conflict and selfishness, O God.  May we follow a different path.  Give us the fortitude to go against a world that expects us to be greedy and have no empathy for others.  May we become beacons of hope to a world that often attempts to quash it.  Let our actions every day be focused on how it improves others lives and ours.  Empower us to show others compassion so that they may know your call to love one another.  May our acts of kindness encourage others to act similarly and may your Spirit guide us all to a better world, O God of All Creation.  Amen
