Prayer for August 18, 2025

Today, O God, our students start their school year. Be with our youngest ones and their parents as they begin their academic adventures.  Help both of them as they deal with the anxiety of moving into a new experience.  May our teachers be the comforting and caring people our new students need.  May this year begin with enthusiasm and joy.  Let our returning students greet their fellow classmates with excitement.  And may your blessings fill this day.  Amen
