Help us to rest, O God. We too often work so hard that we are running on fumes. May we take the time to refresh ourselves. Let us get away from our desire to look busy or seem like we are accomplishing something to instead gain the strength and direction to actually do it. Make us aware of our need to step away and ponder what is in fron of us, and what we are missing. May your spirit guide us this and every day. Amen
