Prayer for September 1, 2025

We honor today those who do the jobs that many won’t do, O God.  We rely on so many people who have chosen a vocation that is backbreaking work.  They often do that work for extremely low pay and long hours.  We also have people who are working in dangerous conditions and regularly put their lives at risk.  Be with all who labor and bring them safely home.  May your blessings be upon them each and every day.  Amen
