Prayer for September 19, 2025

It is an incredible gift when someone goes out of their way to help you.  Thank you, God, for putting people in our paths that are willing to open doors for others, to greet them, to hold the elevator. Those small acts sometimes grow into greater acts.  Help us to begin the process of paying it forward by simply trying to make the day of those we encounter.  They may need it more that we realize.  Let us seek to change the narrative from distrust to encouragement.  Make these words more than words and give me your Spirit, O God, and my guide.  Amen
