Prayer for November 4, 2025

It is the beginning of a new day, O God, and I am looking forward to it.  I have no idea what will happen today, and am uncertain as to what this day will bring, so help me to be ready to face any challenges.  May I be patient enough to listen fully to the people I meet, and thoughtful in how I respond.  Let me be ready to help people and grateful to those who help me.  Help me to encourage those around me by my willingness to lift other up.  When I am to do nothing, let me simply be present.  All this I ask in your name, O God.  Amen
