Prayer for November 28, 2025

Thank you, God, for leftovers. There is something about waking up the next morning after Thanksgiving knowing you have more to eat.  May we be grateful when we find ourselves with extra.  Too often we think in terms of scarcity, so when we have the opposite, let us recognize our blessings.  Help us to be thankful for all that we have.  Let us know that the shelter, food, and many other luxuries we have many do not.  Help us to be mindful that there are others who do not have what we do, and find ways to give in our abundance.  All this we ask in your name.  Amen
