Prayer for December 6, 2025

Help me, Loving God, to appreciate the world around me today.  Let me see tha wonder of the world waking up.  The stillness that seems to be at the dawn of the day allows me that time to get ready for what lies ahead.  May I take the time to revel in the silence.  As the world begins to stir and the sounds start to change, let me listen.  May I hear things that my distractedness misses.  As we move toward dusk and the wonder that is the sunset, may I relish in the beauty and colors that time provides.  May I recognize the uniqueness of the day that is completing.  Loving God, let me live today fully.  Amen
