Prayer for December 19, 2025

For many, today is the last day before Christmas break and a couple days into Hanukkah.  May we take the time to remember the significance of the feasts we celebrate.  Let us honor not only the tradition but the intent and importance of what they mean.  Allow us to take the respite that often is a part of this time. Help us not to program this time so much that we are more weary coming back to our regular lives that we were whe we started.  Help us to cherish the time we have with our friends and family this season.  Let us enjoy the many wonders this time of year has to offer.  Amen
