There are three Joseph’s that figure deeply in our story, O God. The first endured a ton of suffering and continued to speak of what his God meant to him, and through his faith continued to come out successful and faithful in the end. The second adopted his son to help him become a part of the lineage of David and raised our Savior. The third, the most mysterious, yet somehow powerful in the story gave the tomb that Christ was buried. May we develop the faith that all three of them had as they followed the path that God intended for them. May the Spirit continue to guide us this and every day. Amen
