Prayer for January 5, 2026

As we begin our new year following the holidays, help us to be grateful for the time we just spent with those we love, and enjoy the new memories that were created.  May we also be excited to share our last few weeks with the people we see every day, and let them know that we truly missed them and are excited to be with them again.  For many this represents the last half of a school year and that can mean so much.  Help us to appreciate this time.  We have it only once and let us honor this time and the people who are a part of it.  Let us live each day as if it were the most important in our lives, requiring us to live our best lives each day, Loving God.  Amen
