Prayer for January 7, 2026

I am grateful today, O God, for my mother on her 82^nd birthday.  She taught me to live fully, love deeply and to celebrate more than I mourn when I lose something.  Thank you for her ministry to so many people, her dedication to her family, and her devotion to treating those whom she meets as beloved.  May I live my life in a similar way.  Let this day be incredible for her and may your spirit continue to guide her.  Amen
