Prayer for January 12, 2026

May we become beacons of love in the storm of anxiety and fear that seems to be surrounding us, Loving God.   Help us to take the time to be present to those around us and seek calm when the world seems to want chaos. May we greet everyone we meet as someone deserving our love and attention.  Let us be ready to respond with compassion and empathy in stressful situations and take the time to think before we answer.  May we in our own small way contribute to changing the world though your call to love one another as you have loved us.  Amen
