Prayer for January 24, 2026

I pray for Minnesota, and those who have been victimized by ICE, O God. May we as Christians and Americans stand up and say enough is enough.  May we change the hearts of those who are acting out in violent ways.  Help those in charge of the current strategies change them.  May we once again be that place in the world, Loving God that lives into the statement of, “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breath free.”  Help us to remember your call to love you and one another.  Amen
