Prayer for January 26, 2026

Twenty-six years ago I became a father.  Thank you, God, for the gift of children, especially my wonderful daughters Abby and Audrey.  Watching them grow in to the amazing women they are has been a true joy.  Their compassion and empathy has been so apparent in watching them treat the people they meet as beloved. Their love for others is a testament to the way in which they welcomed and loved the children and animals we fostered over the years.  May they continue to be shining examples of your call to love one another as you love us, O God.  Let them always feel your Spirit surrounding and guiding them.  Amen
