Prayer for March 23, 2021

Encouraging God, there is something about the morning pep talk that helps a day begin. Hearing words that empower and feed our passions at the dawn of the day seem to make it start in a way that leads to an incredible day.  Let those of us who are beginning days that we expect to be challenging, feel your presence and hear words that give them the strength to meet the day that is before us.  Equip us all as we begin this day to respond with love and compassion.  Give us the patience to listen fully and not respond in haste.  May we be who you would have us be in how we treat those we meet today, and end the day excited about all that was accomplished.  May these words be fulfilled in your Name.  Amen
