Prayer for April 24, 2021

There are so many times O God, when we are at a loss for words it is so great to know that others have words to describe how alone we feel.  We are so grateful for the people who have given us prayers that give us the words we lack. May we be able to find those prayers when we cannot express our needs. May we find them in prayer books, scripture and the comfortable words that we hear each week when we are in church.  May we remember the prayers of our youth that somehow still have power to inspire and comfort us.  And may we know that you loving God are listening to and for us as we struggle each day.  Amen.
