Prayer for May 12, 2021

Healing God, be with us as we continue to fight the pandemic. As we move toward a more normal life as the cases continue to diminish, help us to remember the hard work so many have done.  May we honor the first responders, doctors, nurses and caregivers who have worked tirelessly during the past year and a half while putting themselves at risk to care for us.  May we continue to do the things that protect one another when needed.  May we celebrate the things we are increasingly able to do as we can gather again in community and be thankful for the new found freedoms we feel.  May we feel your blessings and share your love with one another this day and everyday.  Amen.
