Prayer for September 5, 2021

Compassionate God, we are grateful for the many gifts you have given us.   Help us to use those gifts in a way that honors the unconditional love you have shown us.  May we use our abundance to help those who are suffering and have nothing.  May we give our whole selves when we serve others.  Allow us to become so immersed in making others feel beloved that we don’t recognize the time. Let us give others the same feeling that we relish in your ultimate gift.  All this we ask in your most Holy Name.  Amen
