Prayer for October 5, 2021

Dear God, may we make the most of this day.  We have some expectations for this day, and know that there will be things that surprise us.  May we know that you are with us at each of those moments.  Help us find direction when we are faced with choices today that affect others.  May our decisions be made with love for you and one another as our guide.  Let us live this day with joy and wonder as it is the only time we will live it.  And may your blessing be upon us now and always.  Amen
