Prayer for October 23, 2021

O Lord our God, let us use this day in service to others. May we find ways to make those we meet today’s day better. Give us the compassion, empathy and drive to act upon the moments when our gifts and skills can be used to support others. Let us ask for help when we need it, knowing that there are times when we cannot do things alone as well as we can with others. May we find community with others this day and everyday. Amen
