Prayer for November 18, 2021

As we begin to get ready for seasons of family gatherings may we look with anticipation for the traditions that mean so much to us, Loving God. Help us to focus on what makes this season special and not be overwhelmed by the expectations we set for ourselves or anxiety that can make things stressful. Let us be grateful for the opportunity to gather with those we love. Give those for whom this is the first season without someone they love the comfort and support they need. May we celebrate what makes these times special and work to create new great memories. Let your blessings be upon us all during this season. Amen
