Prayer for January 14, 2022

As this work week ends and we begin to look at what for many is a long weekend and what appears to be inclement weather, may we take the opportunity to find rest and relaxation. Let us celebrate the time with family that being stuck inside provides. Help us to enjoy not having to do anything other than be present to those we are with. May we feel free to sleep in and take naps. Give us the chance to be free from all the distractions and help us to hear those things that we often miss in the chaotic world we often find ourselves in our daily lives. May your Spirit fill us now and always. Amen
