Prayer for January 21, 2022

I am grateful, Loving God, for the gifts you have given me. Most especially, I am thankful for the people who have been a part of my journey through life. They have been there for all the great and challenging moments of my life. Many for a lifetime, and others for just a small portion of the time when we walked the same path. All of them, O God, helped form me to become who I am today and continue to be a part of who I am becoming. Help me to cherish their place in my life and encourage them as they have me. May I honor them by how I live my life and share the love with others that they gave me. Amen
