Prayer for January 29, 2022

Cleanse our hearts of the anxiety and anger that often grows in us, Loving God. Help us to release the guilt we feel over past actions for which we have already begged forgiveness. Help us to heal any remaining scars we carry so that they no longer hold sway over us. Let us instead be filled with your love and treat others as the beloved children of God you intend for us. All this we ask in the name of the God who forgives our sins. Amen
