Prayer for April 27, 2022

Help us, O God, to remember and work to help those who are in need. It is easy for us to relish in the the relative comfort in which we live. There are people near and far away that want for even the least of what we have. For those who are hungry, let us find ways to feed them. For those who are sick and in need of medical help, may we find ways to heal them. For those who are endangered, may we find ways to protect them. For those who are struggling to make it through the day for whatever reason, may we comfort them. Let us use this and every day to serve others and show them the love and support that we often take for granted. Pour out your spirit upon us so that we may serve others as you would have us. Amen
