Prayer for June 29, 2022

Forgiving God, we know that there are times when evil seems to be winning. Help us during those times to be honorable and respond in love. We can only control our own actions and responses. May we live our lives comfortable with how we act, knowing it is not our role to judge the actions of others. Give us the ability to release our personal frustrations and the strength of character to respond as you would have us. May we rise above the attempts of others to tear us down and let them be the ones whose character is on display. Let us stand up for what is true, just and honorable this and everyday. May those who are struggling to do what is right be guided by you always. Amen
