Prayer for July 1, 2022

We all know someone who is dealing with illness and wish for them to be healed and made whole. Help us live through the frustration, O God, when we know that their bodies are breaking down. May we celebrate the gift those people are and have been for us and know that we are blessed to have them in our lives as long as we are given. Be with those who are caretakers for them, as they are carrying an enormous burden. Give us who are watching the words and actions to help them bear the load they are carrying. May we feel your presence this and everyday. Amen
