Prayer for October 16, 2022

Help us, O God, to be just and loving. May we remember the lessons of forgiveness and atonement that were taught from our youth. Help us to see others with the eyes of a child who are not filtered by the influences of our life that have left us jaded from seeing the world as you would have us know it to be. May we make our decisions because they are right rather than convenient, and when those times come when those two meet. Let us be grateful. When we are called to walk a challenging path help us to feel your spirit guide us to the right choices. May your love flow through us as we attempt to follow your will. Amen.
