Prayer for January 14, 2023

Help us to slow down and not be rushed through this and everyday. May we take the time to experience the wonder of the time and place we find ourselves. Let us see the wonder of your creation, the amazing things that have been accomplished by the hard work of those who have gone before us. Help us to appreciate the many things we take for granted and celebrate the imagination and faith required to make many of them. Let us be willing to give of ourselves when we are placed to care for one another. May our actions each day build upon the foundations of ministry that got us to this point. All this we ask in the name of the God creates, redeems and sanctifies. Amen
