Prayer for January 28, 2023

Thank you God, for making the start of each new day something beautiful. On most days we see this incredible warmth of color spread into the morning skies. Even when that is hidden by rain or snow, the wonder of the new day has some sort of promise that welcomes us. May we attempt to live this day carrying the possibility that the start of the day brings. May we dare to try new things and experience this day as if it were as wonderful as the scene that starts our day. Give us strength to face the challenges that are before us with imagination, patience and hope. All this we ask in thanksgiving for your creation, Amen.
