Prayer for February 2, 2023

For the world in which we live, that we may honor your creation and treat it well, we pray.

 

For those who are leaders in the world, that they may strive for peace and unity, we pray.

 

For those who are struggling with illness, that they may find comfort and healing, we pray.

 

For those who are celebrating, that they may have continued joy, we pray.

 

For those who are mourning the loss of someone or some thing, that they may be shown compassion and love, we pray.

 

For those who are lonely, that they may find community and friendship, we pray.

 

For those who are dealing with mental illness and depression, that they may find treatment and empathy, we pray.

 

That these and all our many prayers may be answered in your way and time, Loving God. Amen
