Prayer for April 26, 2023

There are so many things that mark my childhood, O God. Some of them are the foods and drinks that are what mark a generation. Thank you for the memories that make our childhood special. Today marks the 60^th anniversary of Cap’n Crunch Cereal. Perhaps my favorite snack. It elicits memories of Saturday morning cartoons, sleepovers and so many other parts of what make our youth special. Help us to find way for our young people to have similar memories of a more innocent time. All this we ask in your name. Amen.
