Prayer for May 13, 2023

Thank you God, for the many gifts you give us that we sometimes miss. Each day begins with a sunrise, and most of them are spectacular and always unique. May we celebrate the beginning of each new day. Every day there are sounds of the world waking up, birds singing and fish jumping. May we enjoy the symphony that is the world around us each day. Every day we are afforded the opportunity to experience the full spectrum of life. May we enjoy the laughter of children, puppy breath, the company of those we love and the chance to see and learn new things. May we take the time to encounter the world around us and know that you created this world to be experienced in its completeness. Amen.
