May we seek to be better, Loving God. Better at listening to one another and having empathy toward the world around us. Better at seeking out ways to make others lives better. Better at feeding and caring for the needy. Better at speaking up against injustice, oppression and racism. Better at caring for the world you have given us. May we seek to live more fully, care more fully and love more fully, knowing that the only way to combat evil is through love for you and one another, O God. Amen.
