O, God of All, we pray especially for all who are suffering in Israel and Gaza from the attacks by Hammas. May love overcome hatred and the violence stop. Protect those who are in harm’s way. Guide the leaders to resolve this so that those who are being held hostage may be returned home safely. Protect the innocents and help end the horrific acts that can only be described as evil, O God. May we move beyond the many violent conflicts that seem to be growing in the world and move toward a world that loves one another as you love us. All this we ask in your Most Holy Name. Amen
