Prayer for March 18, 2021

O Lord our God, there are so many things for which I want to pray today.  I could list the number of things that are going on in my life for which I want control but do not, and even larger is guidance for those for which I have control but are hunting for the right decision.  I could also pray for all the problems that we face as a world and for all of us to focus more on others than ourselves.  What I simply want this day is for myself and any who are praying this prayer today, to be present to those we meet, happy to give what we have, and more forgiving than judgmental.  I also want those who are having the same challenges to feel your presence and be guided by you.  Be with each of us in such a way that we know we are not alone, both through your spirit and the people you put along our path this day.  May your blessing be upon all of us this day and every day.  Amen.
