Prayer for March 30, 2021

Ever present God, for so many of us, we want to see proof in order to believe that something exists. May we have the faith to know that so many things that are most important are not visible.  Help us to find you in the people we meet each day and in the times when we find you in ourselves.  Allow us to go beyond our own expectations and imaginations as we seek to know you better. Let us take take back your message from those who kidnap your word for selfish means and promote a message of love and compassion.  Give us the strength of character to stand up now to make it so that the injustice that some people desire never has a foothold in our country, state and city.  Amen
