Compassionate God, we thank you for the friends, counselors and mentors you have given us over the years. Many were with us during our toughest times and helped us to make it through them. We are grateful for the times when we get to be the same for others in our lives. The gift of sharing ourselves and out love for someone fills us in so many ways. May we go out of our way to let those who have been there for us just how much they mean to us. Allow us to see when we need to step up and help others. May your blessings be with us this day and every day. Amen
