Prayer for July 16, 2021

Healing God, everyday there are people who are headed to medical tests or waiting for answers from them.  Be with those who are in that time of waiting anxiously for results.  May the doctors, nurses and all who care for patients be given not only a healing touch but the empathy to help those they serve be comfortable during these challenging times.  Be present to the family and friends who are supporting them and help them to be a calming presence to the patients.  As they continue into treatment may they feel you journeying along side them on the path toward healing, and especially in times where pain and frustration exists.  May your spirit fill them now and always.  Amen.
