Prayer for August 25, 2021

Loving God, help us to live this day as sacred.  May we treat those with whom we interact as beloved and look for ways to serve others.  Give us an awareness when we need to comfort and help those around us.  May we know when we need to listen and not respond.  Let us know when we are to speak up.  Allow us to see you in the eyes and actions of others and be grateful that we are not journeying alone and that there are many that love us.  All this we ask in your name. Amen
