Prayer for September 1, 2021

Healing God, be with us as we continue to fight the pandemic that is once again spreading rampant around us.  May our actions protect others from making things worse.  Help us to be present for those who are affected by the disease and the response to it. Continue to protect those who are charged with care for the sick.  May those who cannot be given the vaccine be kept safe and may we do all in our power to support protective measures for them. May our love for one another be evident in all that we do this day and every day.  Amen
