Prayer for September 13, 2021

Healing God, we are so tired as we continue to deal with the Coronavirus.  It seems as if it is never-ending and we want so much to live life as we once did.  Help us as we are called once again to make sacrifices to save ourselves and others. May we recognize that many throughout history have been asked to make tough decisions in response to the reality of the moment.  Give us an awareness when our actions affect others.  May we make decisions that lift people up and make them feel loved.  Let those who are caring for the sick be protected and those who are ill be made well by your healing grace.  All this we ask in your name.  Amen
