Prayer for October 17, 2021

Thank you God for the children in our lives. They help us see the world in ways that we have lost. Give us the ability to be the people you need to help them grow in to who you would have them be. Let us fill the gaps for them by being present to them when others are not. May we remember that you call us to come to you with the joy, wonder and forgiveness that only an un-jaded child is capable. Let us know the blessings of being a beloved child of God and treat all we encounter as just that. Beloved. Amen.
